Drop Ins -
Drop ins will be cancelled on Wednesday 3rd of December.
The Activities Team run Drop-In Sessions during the week to help you discuss any issues you are having face-to-face. The process runs slightly differently for Events/Trips/Risk Assessment queries so read on to learn about those.
Where? Come to the Union Helpdesk, Beit Quad, Prince Consort Road.
How? Check-in at the Helpdesk and they'll log your issue and send you up!

Credit Card Payments - please come to the drop ins if you have an approved credit card request. You will be able to make payments during the drop ins. If your credit card request is related to an event or trip you may only use the credit card after you have received first feedback. Please also ensure you action any feedback you have been sent.
Every drop-in will be added to a log, and we will review the log monthly to highlight any process or support page gaps that need amendments. We want to make sure we are actively listening to your issues and adapting to them.
Events/Trips/Risk Assessments
Our Events drop ins are by bookings only. You can book a 20-minute online meeting with an Event Coordinator to develop ideas for an upcoming event or trip, or review a submission or feedback you are unsure about. You can book up to 4 weeks in advance, and you must book with the correct coordinator based on the Management Group or Constituent Union your club or society sits under.
