DROP INS
The Activities Team run Drop-In Sessions during the week to help you discuss any issues you are having face-to-face. The process runs slightly differently for Events/Trips/Risk Assessment queries so read on to learn about those.
Where? Come to the Union Helpdesk, Beit Quad, Prince Consort Road.
How? Check-in at the Helpdesk and they'll log your issue and send you up!

Every drop-in will be added to a log, and we will review the log monthly to highlight any process or support page gaps that need amendments. We want to make sure we are actively listening to your issues and adapting to them.
Events/Trips/Risk Assessments
Our Events drop ins are by bookings only. You can book a 20-minute slot with an Event Coordinator to develop ideas for an upcoming event or trip, or review a submission or feedback you are unsure about. You can book up to 2 weeks in advance, and you must include the name of your CSP, the exact name of the event, and your questions. Please note that if you do not include all this information; we may cancel your booking.
