The Activities team has created a programme to reward and recognise the work delivered by ICU Club and Society committee members. This programmes is in place to support your impact, community, visibility and employability.

An Introduction to the Committee Member of the Month scheme

The Student Union recognises Club and Society leaders as key enablers of it's shared organisational strategy. The permanent staff team holds itself accountable to the three underpinning values of Integrity, Inclusivity & Innovation as part of the High Performing Student Union strategy.

The Club and Societies Committee Member of the Month scheme (and the wider Reward and Recognition programme) acknowledges where Club and Society Committee members have mirrored the three core values (and integrated them into your work on student activity).

How to nominate?

We want the nomination process to be as easy as possible. All you need to do is complete the nomination form to nominate a club/society committee member.

When writing your nomination, make sure to refer to the values and behaviours listed in the table above. Submit your nomination here: Volunteer of the Month Award.

The winner will receive a £50 voucher. This award is open throughout the year, make sure to submit your nomination by the 20th of each month to be considered for that month. If you miss the 20th, the nomination will roll over to the next month.
